Refused Packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a
restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from any store credit issued.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. This does not include weekends or
holidays. During sales or high-volume periods (like Valentine's Day), processing time may be extended.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24
hours for the tracking portal to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Red Rose Bundles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as
"Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address. If your tracking number
says "Delivered" and you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
